The return form is really important to assign your return. As a substitute, a copy of your invoice is also helpful for our return department.
If there is nothing in the package we will not be able to assign your return.

Please mention your tracking number and your order number so they can easily check if your parcel arrived at our warehouse.
So to sum up, it just needs more time to assign your return. But if you have the tracking number to hand, it’s not problem! We will be able to locate your parcel with that.
